The Original Dream Team

With USA Basketball's reputation as the world's elite on the rise again, I started thinking about how the original Dream Team would have faired against today's Olympic competition. After all, the level of basketball around the world was very different back in 1992.

Take a look at this clip I found of the '92 Dream Team. I've been watching the Redeem Team since their exhibition games and they have never made it look as effortless as the Dream Team. The members of the Dream Team seemed to have a better grasp of the game and made their dominance look so effortless. Is it the players or the competition? To be continued...
